H Chall Hinge (Pair of): 17 - 21mm
Designed to compliment the Challenger Range of hardware, the H CHAL Hinge offers additional support by wrapping around the edge of the door. This helps to prevent the door from "bursting" under heavy impact.
The Challenger hinge is more suited to aggressive environments; the twin bolt through fascia fixing ensures doors cannot be kicked off the hinges.
The door is fixed to the hinge by a flush fitting through bolt which clamps the door tightly into a channel bracket. The fascia requires two holes per hinge to accommodate the nickel plated brass "T" nuts. All drilling can be done on site.
The hinge incorporates a pair of adjustable nylon cams which can be set to allow the door to fall fully open, fully closed or two positions in-between.
A hidden screw is fitted to each hinge to prevent the doors from being lifted off, where immediate access is required these screws may be discarded so the door can be easily lifted off.
Supplied in a silver anodised finish, the hinges are packed in pairs (i.e. one pair per standard size door 650 x 1800 x 18mm). Where heavy or outward opening doors are fitted, we would advise the fitting of three or more hinges to the door.
Challenger Indicator Bolt: 17 - 21mm

Suitable for 17-21mm panels with optional face plate if required. Please indicate on the your enquiry form if you want your IB Chall indicator bolts to come with the round face plate instead of the shield face plate.
Available with 'no mischief' key.
B Chall Wall Bracket (3 per pack): 17 - 21mm
The Challenger bracket is manufactured from pressed aluminium to give a three dimensional form. The flush fitting security bolt provides a secure fixing for the panel, whilst the bracket itself adds form and style to the connection.
The bracket is secured to the wall or fascia using two countersunk screws.
The bracket is supplied in an anodised silver finish. The brackets are supplied and priced in packs of three with all relevant fixings included
HR1 Headrail: 17 - 21mm (LShaped)
HR1 Headrail, the most common headrail used in the UK. Made from aluminium angle, the headrail sits over the top and front of the fascia panels as a stand alone headrail; or can be reversed and infilled with post-formed inserts to complete the cubicle.
Sold in 3 metre lengths. Available in silver anodise.
L6 Partition Support Leg: 17mm - 21mm
Manufactured from 32mm diameter solid aluminium extrusion, height adjustable to give a floor clearance between 125mm and 175mm, uneven floors are easily accomodated.
Hidden floor fixings and twin "T" Nut bolts clamp the panel securely to the leg giving maximum rigidity and strength.

CO1: Coat & Hat Hook
This screw fix coat hook is fitted with a rubber buffer to prevent the door banging off the partition. It is fixed to the door using two countersunk screws.
All fixings are included in the pack.
